Bishop Neville Wolliston grew up in a ministerial home and accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of nineteen. Following his believer's baptism, he developed a deep passion for Christ and a desire to reach lost souls.
In 1984, after hearing the call of the Lord to pastor, Bishop Wolliston received his ministerial credentials. He understood that pastoral calling involved more than just being an inspirational speaker. With a burden for betterment, he pursued ministerial studies and earned postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Biblical Studies. In 2003, he completed a Psychology of Counseling degree at the United Christian College in Hartford, CT. Additionally, in 2005, he obtained a Doctor of Divinity degree from the Anchor Theological Seminary in Edinburg, Texas. In June of 2014, he was consecrated to the office of a Bishop by the I.C.I.P.B. and in 2019, he received a humanitarian award from CGLM for his commitment to service in Africa. Most recently, in 2021, he was honored with an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Practical Ministry from the New England University.
Bishop Wolliston lives a purpose-driven life and is known as a vibrant, enthusiastic leader and proficient orator. He challenges his parishioners to strive for excellence and accountability, urging them to embrace their God-given mandate to be disciples for the Kingdom.
Currently serving as the Presiding Prelate of the Living Word Empowerment Ministries and President of the Living Word Bible Institute, Bishop Wolliston has expanded the ministry to various locations including Bridgeport, Connecticut, Springfield, Massachusetts, Ontario, Canada, Ghana, West Africa, and South Africa. His vision is to serve the "total man" by offering hope to those facing challenges, providing encouragement for personal growth, and assisting believers in fulfilling their purpose.
A man of integrity and excellence, Bishop Wolliston is highly respected by his peers. His life is a testament to the divine favor and calling of God, as he often says, "If God can't do it, it can't be done!"
Bishop Wolliston has been happily married to his wife, Pastor Rosemarie Wolliston, for over forty years. They are proud parents to seven daughters and three sons, all of whom have served within the ministry. The Wolliston family resides in Windsor, CT.

Associate Pastor Rosemarie Wolliston accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior at the young age of twelve, under the guidance and godly influence of her parents, Deacon and Mother Dobbs. She was baptized at the Beaston Street New Testament Church of God in Kingston, Jamaica. Her zeal and love for God were evident from a young age and continued to grow as she faithfully served in her home church. After completing her primary and secondary education, she pursued a degree in business at Fitz Henley Business College in Kingston, Jamaica.
In July of 1982, Associate Pastor Rosemarie Wolliston married Neville Wolliston, a man of God, and they migrated to the United States to start their family. She spent several years in the banking industry before discovering a passion for health and wellness, leading her to pursue a career in the medical field. In 1996, she received her medical assistant certification from the New England Technical Institute of Business in Hartford, Connecticut. She has been employed at the University of Connecticut Health Center for over 25 years, enjoying a rewarding career with the State of Connecticut.
Led by the Holy Spirit, First Lady Wolliston answered God's call to preach the Gospel. She was officially ordained as Associate Pastor of Living Word Empowerment Ministries in East Hartford, Connecticut on January 4, 2015. She received theological training at the Living Word Bible Institute and began serving alongside her husband in the ministry. Associate Pastor Wolliston is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman, serving as a humble leader, devoted wife, mother, mentor, and friend.
Currently, Pastor Wolliston serves as the Women's Ministry Leader, where her heart is most devoted. She preaches the Word of God with passion and purpose, drawing people into a personal encounter with God. Committed to transforming lives, she challenges believers to seek a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Associate Pastor Rosemarie Wolliston and Bishop Wolliston are proud parents of seven daughters and three sons, who serve alongside them in ministry. They are also blessed with eight exceptional grandchildren. The Wolliston family resides in Windsor, CT.
